Shift Retreats

Our retreats are more than your basic yoga retreat, they are designed to give you necessary skills that help you shift in your life and healing process. Shift Retreats are meant to help you discover purpose and areas where you can grow. Each person is given 2 sessions of emotion code before the retreat, provided in the price.

Many times we feel the pull and discomfort of the need to change and shift but we don’t have the know how or skills to do so. I have a deep desire to share what I’ve learned, that helped me shift to new dimensions. You will learn techniques new and old, designed to help you grow, evolve, shift and add health changes for a better foundation for the future.

Goddess retreats are designed to bring out your inner goddess. This intimate retreat is located on Isla Mujeres, an island 30 minutes ferry ride east of Cancun, Mexico. All activities are designed to help you heal, shift and activate/ignite your inner Goddess. Henna, beach time, delicious healthy food.

Heart Healing Shift Retreat

Our Heart Healing Shift Retreat will be held Sunday March 8th-Sunday March 15th, 2020. It is a 6 day 7 night ALL INCLUSIVE tropical vacation that you won't want to miss!

This intimate Woman’s retreat is reserved for 8 ladies, taught by Lindsay Johnson, a yoga instructor, massage therapist, and fitness & travel enthusiasts.

 

Purpose or Intention-

The purpose of our retreat is to open and heal your heart. Our daily yoga series are specifically designed to open & heal your chakras, especially your heart, inviting self love, forgiveness, and compassion. We will cut unhealthy energetic attachments and cords, to release old issues so you are able to move forward and shift to a whole healthier you.

We believe in transparency and would rather under promise and over deliver than the other way around. So to prevent any confusion, here is what's included in your retreat package:

  • 7 night / 6 days stay in a shared room

  • Light discussions on learning and healing tools

What to bring:
-yoga mat, swim suit, beach towel, personal toiletries & medications, sunscreen, flip flops, walking shoes, money for shopping, copy of passport, passport, comfy clothing for fitness and leisure, one outfit for dinner out, and OPEN MIND.

Itinerary

We all have different ways we like to retreat and spend vacation. We want you to find yours. You could relax and take a few yoga/fitness classes and nap, or maybe you are here for all there is to offer and more. Although we would love to see you take part in the activities provided, we also encourage you to listen to your body. Your participation and experience is entirely up to you. Relax and RETREAT!
